       Complete Communicator or Complete Communicator Gold
                    v3.10 Upgrade for Windows


The  following is a list of the new features included in the 3.10
upgrade for Communicator and Communicator Gold for Windows.

New Voice Features:

If a caller leaves a short voice message from one to nine seconds
long and then hangs up, the message is recorded. Previously,
messages less than 9 seconds long were not recorded unless the
caller pressed star at the end of leaving a message.

If you want to call a voice number that is listed in the
phonebook, a new feature was added called Autodial which
automatically dials the phone number for you.

New Fax features:

During installation, two new icons were added to the Windows
desktop to make it easier to access the phonebook or to view a
fax -- the phonebook icon and the view icon.

Tool buttons were added to RapidFAX to allow quicker access to
these frequently used functions: Send a fax, View a fax, Scan a
document for faxing, view the Send Log, view the Receive Log, and
view or modify your Phonebook.

A toolbar was added to the View Fax screen making it easier for
you to view the faxes the way you want to. Just click on a tool
button to view the next page, prior page, zoom in, zoom out, or
rotate the fax.

When you are in a different application other than RapidFAX, and
you want to know when a fax is dialing out and when it is
finished sending, refer to the fax machine icon displayed in the
lower left corner of your screen. It reports the current status
of the sending fax, for example, Generating a fax, Dialing,
Connecting, Send P1, Recv P1, or Idle.

If you want to know more about the fax you are sending, RapidFAX
keeps you informed by displaying detailed information in the
status window. This status information is more detailed than the
information displayed under the fax machine icon. You can see at
a glance when your fax/modem is dialing, connecting or sending.
the name of the fax being sent, total number of pages to send,
start time, total connection time, remote ID and the phone number
called.

Now it is easier and quicker to abort a fax while you are in
other software applications. Just click on the fax machine icon
which is located in the lower left corner of the screen and then
click Abort Send. Or when a fax is sending, click on the Abort
Send button that displays in the status information window.

When you want to append a delimited phonebook file to another
phonebook, you now have the option of appending the phonebook as
a group instead of as individual entries.

Now you can print your phonebook to a printer.

You can now attach faxes in your save faxes box to the current
fax being sent.

When you auto print your faxes, you have the option to scale the
fax to the printer page as well as select a specific printer to
print to.

Printing a received fax is quicker with the added option of
printing a fax directly from the fax notify alert box.

A new feature was added allowing you to change the date format
from mm/dd/yy to dd/mm/yy or yy/mm/dd. Changing the date format
affects how the date is displayed in the fax header, the send
log. or the receive log.

If you do not want the default Iogo provided by The Complete PC
to display on 'the fax cover sheet, you may now change it so that
no Iogo displays, or you can
display a Iogo of your own.

Exiting the Send Log window has been made easier with the
addition of the Close button.

An updated scanner driver version 2.11 is included with this
release.

The ability to change the font on your cover sheet has been
added.

You can now send faxes directly to the savebox for attachment
with other faxes.
