     Complete Communicator or Communicator Gold for Windows
              Importing a Lotus Organizer Phonebook

does so at his or her own risk.

The following instructions detail how to import phonebook entries
from Lotus Organizer into the Windows version of the Complete
Communicator or Communicator Gold.  To export a phonebook file
from Lotus Organizer that is compatible with the Communicator or
Communicator Gold for Windows:

In Lotus Organizer choose Export from the File menu.  A dialog
box will appear asking for the file type and filename of the
exported file.  Make sure that the format is set to the ASCII
(CSV) mode and then type in a new filename for the file to be
exported.  Once you click OK  another dialog box will appear that
allows you to map the exporting fields.  Map the fields according
to the following setup:

First Name     Field 1
Last Name      
               
Phone          Field 2
               
Fax            Field 3
               
Title          Field 4
               
Company Name   Field 5

Once the file is exported, execute the Communicator or
Communicator Gold setup  and change the phonebook to delimited
and select the Lotus Organizer exported file.
