CCOM provides the option to forward either "New" faxes (those that have not been previously viewed, printed, deleted, or forwarded), or "Old" faxes (those that have been previously forwarded). This is especially useful to re-forward faxes which were not successfully forwarded on the first attempt. When accessing CCOM remotely in mailbox owner mode, you will be prompted to press 9 to send facsimilies and then to press 2 for new facsimiles or 3 for old facsimiles. Note that when "OLD" faxes are requested, ALL faxes in the receive queue (appearing on the Receive FAXes screen) that have a status of "Forwarded" are sent. You will be asked to send "now" or at a later time". If you select now, you will hear a beep,, you should press. the receive button (usually green) on the FAX machine, and hang up the phone. (Note: You must have dialed from the local phone attached to the FAX machine). If you select at a "later time", you will be prompted to enter the recipient phone number (include any numbers that would allow your machine to dial out for an outside line) then # (the pound sign). You will then be prompted for the time (enter time then #) or press # for immediate delivery You will be prompted for a date (enter the date then #) or press # for immediate delivery NOTE: During the course of the recipient, time and date entries, you can press * to re- enter any of the three prompts. When you are satisfied with the entries, press # for approval of the FAX forward. The call will be sent to the FAX machine at the specified time/date.
